Hi everyone! Today I have two limited edition KBShimmer polishes to share with you that you will not want to miss! Christy paired with Jen from the The Jedi Wife to create some lovely wood-inspired polishes to celebrate Jen's 5th Blogaversary (with wood being the traditional 5 year anniversary gift). These beauties launched today at the Indie Shop in Atlanta, so shoppers who were there got the first crack at picking them up. They will launch on KBShimmer's website on March 18th and will be available until March 31st. Be sure to grab them before they disappear forever!
I Never Wood Have Guessed is a bronzey-brown linear holo. Formula was superb and I used 2 coats for full coverage. This polish is a wonderfully warm, orangey brown that just glows! It's a stunner for sure!
It's Petrifying is a light taupe crelly base filled with matte glitters in magenta, black, orange, white, and copper. Formula had a good glitter load and spread easily. It built up to opacity in 3 thin coats plus 2 coats of topcoat for a glassy smooth finish. This polish is meant to represent petrified wood, and it is such a cool representation! I loved the color combo going on, it's so funky and fun!
KBShimmer products are available from their website as well as from Harlow & Co. (Canada) and Color4Nails (United States) for international customers. Be sure to follow them on Facebook and Instagram for updates on new collections and to see swatches of all of their polishes. Thanks for looking everyone!
