Indie Inlinkz: Favorite Fall Color

Hi everyone! Today I'm doing a link-up with the ladies of Indie Inlinkz, a group of lovely bloggers who do a monthly link-up featuring indie polishes. For this month's prompt, we are exploring our favorite fall color! It's no secret that I'm an orange lover (yes that's me...sitting in the corner by myself), and I've amassed quite a collection of orange indies that are perfect for fall. Whether it be more burnt oranges or bright Halloween oranges, I don't discriminate. I have way more fabulous oranges than this in my collection (MANY that are more summer appropriate), but I picked out 8 great ones to share today that I think are fall appropriate. I'm sure I probably left out some that I love, but this is all my brain could come up with in the wee hours of the morning when I was putting this post together (just being real). These photos were taken anytime from last week to over a year and a half ago, so they are all over the place when it comes to poses, lighting, etc.. so just bear with me! Also I few of them are no longer available, so I apologize for that, but I just had to share them because they are favorites of mine!

Falling into Fall: KBShimmer Rust No One

Hi everyone! Today I have another older fall polish to share with you, this one from KBShimmer's Fall 2014 Collection. Since the NEW KBSHIMMER FALL COLLECTION went live today, I thought, why not reminisce about last year? (By the way, If you haven't checked out the new collection, check out my post here.) Rust No One was one of my favorites from last year's fall collection and it's actually nice to wear anytime, but I especially love it for fall.

Rust No One is a rusty red linear holo polish. Formula is just perfection, with full opacity in 2 easy coats. This is such a classy color and the orangey undertones make it perfect for fall. One thing that I love is that it is very fall-like without being super vampy, so that's a good change of pace if you wanted something a bit brighter. I wore this recently because it matched an outfit I was wearing to an event perfectly (I know...being matchy-matchy isn't cool...but I just had to!). Unfortunately, I just checked and this pretty has been discontinued in KBShimmer's shop, but another great red holo option for the fall that they DO have in stock would be Men are From Marsala. It's a bit more earthy and less orange than Rust No One, but still a fantastic choice.

Hi everyone! This weekend, the Hobby Polish Bloggers are doing a link-up of our Fall Favorites. I could have gone many ways with this, but I decided to have a comprehensive look at some of my favorite fall nail polish releases from this year. I chose to do this because there are several that I have purchased myself and never highlighted on my blog, even though I have utilized them in a few manis. Hopefully this will give you guys a chance to pick up some of these fab releases before they disappear!
