Polish Pickup April 2018: Le Polish Starman

Hi everyone! Today I have Le Polish's offering for April's Polish Pickup for you to check out. The theme for April is "Across the Universe: Planets & Galaxies" so makers used intergalactic inspiration for their polishes. This month, Allison's shade was inspired by the recent SpaceX shuttle launch in which Elon Musk launched a red Tesla Roadster into space with a spacesuited mannequin called Starman (which he says is a nod to the late, great David Bowie). April's Polish Pickup will start on April 6th and will run until April 9th.

This morning I have Le Polish's offering for March's Polish Pickup for you to see. The theme for March is "Books" so makers could choose their favorite literary masterpiece, and Allison chose Jeffrey Eugenides' The Virgin Suicides for her inspiration. March's Polish Pickup will start on March 2nd and will run until March 5th.

Hi everyone! Today I have an adorable collaboration box to share with you...The Stranger Love Box! Le Polish, Dollish Polish, Supernatural Lacquer, and Night Owl Lacquer have come together to create this fun and beautiful Stranger Things-inspired Valentine's Box. The names are as amazing as the polishes! All-in-all, it's definitely not your usual Valentine's offering which is delightfully refreshing. Hi everyone! Today I have a gorgeous Valentine's Day Duo from Le Polish to share with you! Allison's For the Love of Science Duo isn't your average Valentine's Day duo and takes inspiration from an unlikely source: two great innovators of science (Charles Darwin and Carl Sagan). The For the Love of Science Duo will be available starting on January 19th at noon EST for an unlimited pre-order until January 21st at midnight EST in the Le Polish shop (they will retail for $10 each). Polish Pickup October 2017: Le Polish I'm Sexy and I Gnome It

Hi everyone! Today I have Le Polish's addition to the October 2017 Polish Pickup. The October theme is Monsters and Mythical Creatures, and Le Polish has created a polish inspired by the gnome Shmebulock from the show Gravity Falls (that apparently vomits rainbows...and now I want to watch this show!). The sales dates for this month are October 6th-9th in the Polish Pickup shop. 

I'm Sexy and I Gnome It is a teal jelly filled with red, green, and silver holo glitters of various sizes, blue/purple and red/green color shifting flakes, and large particle red/green color shifting shimmer. Formula was very nice and easy to work with, having a great glitter load a smooth spread. I used 3 thin coats for full coverage and 1 coat of topcoat for a smooth finish. This polish has a ton going on, but man it is gorgeous! The shimmer is absolutely stunning and really sets everything else off. Allison did a fabulous job of combining so many fun elements into one polish and still have the final result remain sophisticated.
