Pahlish 12 Days of Christmas Collection + Black Friday GWP

Hi everyone! Today I've got Pahlish's new collection and it's a throwback to Pahlish of yesteryear! Pahlish originally released her 12 Days of Christmas Collection back in Winter 2012 and it was (and still is) a highly coveted collection. This brand new 12 Days of Christmas Collection looks nothing like the original collection, just shares the same name but I love that it gives reference to that iconic collection. Disclaimer: I swatched these on vacation so I didn't have my most ideal lighting setup, but I made it work. I don't feel like I captured all of the glorious shifty aspects of some of these because of that, but I tried! This collection will be available for pre-order during Pahlish's Black Friday sale (which extends to 11/27) with a small discount and will be restocked in small amounts when the shop reopens in December. These polishes will not be available again after January 1st, so grab them while you can! Read on for more Black Friday sale details!

Tangled Tinsel is a bright turquoise crelly with a mix of holographic flakes and shimmer with assorted multichrome flakes. Formula was very nice and easy to spread with full coverage in 3 coats. This is SUCH a gorgeous shade! It looks very oceanic and the bits of holo and flakes are lovely!

The Mouse King is a soft medium grey crelly with a mix of iridescent glitters, multichrome flakes, and holographic flakes. Formula was very similar to Tangled Tinsel and built up nicely to full coverage in 3 coats. This is a beautiful neutral shade with glowing accents of flakes and glitter.

12 Days of Christmas: $105 for the set, $9 for individual shades

Partridge in a Pear Tree is a soft taupe creme with a mix of holo flakes, red and green shimmers, and pink and orange multichrome flakes. Formula was lovely and built up to full coverage in 3 thin coats. Another gorgeous neutral...the touches of shimmer and flakes make it extra special!

Two Turtledoves is a soft grey creme with blue to pink multichrome shimmer and scattered holo flakes. Another lovely formula that builds up beautifully in 3 thin coats. This polish is amazing! The color shifting shimmer is just magical against the grey base.

Three French Hens is a deep oxblood red jelly with olive green to violet multichrome shimmer. Formula was very nice and built up to opacity easily in 3 thin coats. This is such a unique shade and it is perfection for the winter. The shimmer pops so vibrantly against the deep base.

Four Calling Birds is a sheer violet with bronze to green multichrome shimmer and ultrafine holographic glitter. Formula was easy to use and built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. This is such an elegant polish that I think would be loved by anyone (hint hint...Christmas present maybe?).

Five Rose Gold Rings is a soft rose gold foil with a mix of pink and gold foil pigments. Formula ws lovely and built up easily to opacity in 2 coats. This is a showstopper! My mom saw me swatching this and stole it to take to her manucurist to for her next pedicure! So shiny!

Six Geese a Laying is a rich brown with a mix of holo flakes, violet shimmer, and pink and orange multichrome flakes. Formula was easy to use and built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. I feel like this polish just looks like Thanksgiving contained in a bottle. Not that it isn't lovely to be worn anytime, but the colors are just Thanksgiving-y to me.

Seven Swans a Swimming is a deep blue with red shimmer, violet multichrome flakes, and deep purple ultrachrome flakes. Formula was easy to use and built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. This polish was so frustrating to photograph because all of the lovely bits and bobs in it were drowned out by the vibrant shade. It is just stunning in real life with the flakes swimming about in the blue base.

Eight Maids a Milking is a soft violet crelly with holo flakes, violet shimmer, small iridescent violet glitters, and pink and violet multichrome flakes. Formula was very nice and easy to use with full coverage in 3 thin coats (I was pleasantly surprised...pastel purples often have horrid formulas but this one was great!). Such an unexpected shade among all of these vivid jewel tones, but it is a welcome addition!

Nine Ladies Dancing is a deep strawberry red with holographic shimmer, small iridescent violet glitters, violet shimmer, and violet multichrome flakes. Formula was lovely and built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. This is a HOT red. It won much admiration from my mother and her friends! So much sparkly depth!

Ten Lords a Leaping is a bright silver with a mix of ultrafine holographic glitter, holographic pigments, and multicolored glassfleck shimmers. Formula spread easily and built up to opacity in 2 coats (though I ended up doing 3 because I'm crazy, it was perfect at 2). This is a lovely and unique silver! It is very shiny!

Eleven Pipers Piping is a deep ivy green with turquoise/pink/green multichrome shimmer. Formula was lovely and built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. This polish is the PERFECT Christmas green! I adored this so much when I got it on my nails!

Twelve Drummers Drumming is a warm purple jelly with a mix of multichrome and ultrachrome flakes with small iridescent violet glitters. Formula was very nice and easy to spread and built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. Shannon pulled out on the stops on the last polish in the collection! It is absolutely breathtaking! It's a part in a bottle for sure!
