Girly Bits Sweet Nothings Collection and Razzle Dazzle 2.0

*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! Today I have a fantastic collection from Girly Bits to share with you called the Sweet Nothings Collection as well as a re-release of one of Girly Bits' original polishes! This collection is one of those that was pretty in the bottle, but holy crap blew me away once I put it on my nails. Don't be fooled by these innocent looking shimmers...they are magic on the nails! The Sweet Nothings Collection is available now in the Girly Bits shop.

Bonbon D'Amour is a white crelly with neon round matte glitters in a variety of sizes as well as a sprinkling ultra chrome flakies. Pam reformulated this polish a bit after feedback from her bloggers and I actually received a new bottle of the reformulation to swatch. I found it very nice to work with and it had a great glitter load. The reformulation allowed for a more squishy finish and the glitters popped much better. I used 3 thin coats for full coverage here. This is such a fun polish that will take us straight into summer! It's a bit unexpected in this collection, but it's pretty all the same.

Mon Cheri is a peachy pink crelly with peach and gold shimmer as well as platinum microflakes. Formula was good and covered evenly and I used 2 coats for full coverage. This is SUCH a flattering shade and the shimmer is just divine.

Bleu de tes Yeux is a sky blue crelly with blue and platinum silver shimmer. Another nice formula and I used 2 coats for full coverage. This blue is perfection and the little flecks of blue and silver are subtle, but give it something extra special.

J’ai Besoin de Toi is a pale sage green crelly with platinum silver shimmer. Formula was pretty easy to use but was slightly streaky on the second coat, but a third coat evened it out perfectly. This is a very neutral and wearable shade of green that I think is made quite dainty with the addition of the the silver shimmer.

Mon Chou Chou is a lilac crelly with pink and blue shimmer as well as platinum silver shimmer. Formula was easy to use and I used 2 coats here, but I think I would use 3 coats for a more opaque look (it has slightly more squish than the other polishes). It honestly looked fine in real life, but it looks a little sheer in photos. The shimmer was outstanding in this polish and the blue sparkles shone through especially well!

Mon Petit Canard is a pastel yellow crelly with copper and platinum silver shimmer. Pam warned that this one was slightly thick and she was reformulating it before release, so I added a touch of thinner before applying it and it applied quite nicely (for a pastel yellow) and evened out well in 3 thin coats. This is a very beautiful and buttery yellow so I think it will be a great wearable yellow shade even for those that are a bit afraid of it. The shimmer really softens it up!

Tarte au Sucre is a lilac microglitter with silver holo glitter, red shimmer, and iridescent microglitter. Formula spread smoothly and easily and I got full coverage in 2 coats, plus a generous coat of Girly Bits Glitter Glaze for a glassy smooth finish. This polish is indeed sparkly like sugar and is drop dead gorgeous! A definite must have from this collection!

Razzle Dazzle 2.0 is not part of the Sweet Nothings Collection, but instead is a reboot of one of the original Girly Bits shades! Razzle Dazzle has a sheer fuchsia jelly base filled with fuchsia, pink, blue and copper glitters. This one is a bit sheer, but builds up nicely to opacity in 3 coats (topped with Glitter Glaze for smooth finish). The blue and copper bits really add some depth to this pink polish and make it so beautiful when it catches the light. Razzle Dazzle has always been one of my favorites, and I'm so glad that Pam brought it back!
