Pahlish August 2017 Releases

*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! Tonight I have Pahlish's August 2017 releases to share with you. There are 10 total (I have 8 of the 10 here) including the Afternoon Tea quartet. All of these beauties release tonight at 7 PM CST in the Pahlish shop.

Daughters of Triton is a aqua holo filled with ultra chrome flakes and tons of purple/blue shimmer. Formula spread smoothly and easily and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. Photos don't nearly do the shimmer in this polish justice...it is just amazing!

Ursula is a reddish-purple holo filled with ultra chrome flakes and blue/purple shimmer. Formula was similar to Daughters of Triton and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. The shimmer is also a standout in this polish, but was a little camera shy.

Borealis is a blackened plum with strong teal/purple duochrome shimmer. Formula started off a little sheer, but built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. Just look at that shift!

Thistle is a blue-grey creme filled with red/gold duochrome shimmer. Formula was smooth and easy to use and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage (though 2 regular coats would have worked). I just love the subtle gorgeousness that is the shifty shimmer in a cream base. It isn't as flashy as it might be in a jelly base, but I am in love with the look. I hope to see more like this one in the future!

Afternoon Tea Quartet - 4 soft, neutral crellies filled with shimmer and ultra chrome flakes.

Chamomile is a bluish-white crelly with soft red shimmer and red/green ultra chrome flakes. Formula started off sheer but built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. The flakes pop beautifully against the soft, clean base.

Jasmine is a soft warm mint crelly filled with soft teal shimmer and teal/purple ultra chrome flakes. Formula was again, sheer to start, but built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. This is a neutral green shade that I think even a non-green lover could venture to love.

Earl Grey is a soft greige crelly filled with copper shimmer and copper/green ultra chrome flakes. Like the other two, this one started off sheer, but built up nicely in 3 thin coats. Such a fun twist on a neutral (and my favorite tea).

Moroccan Rosebud is a soft blush crelly filled with pink shimmer and dark purple ultra chrome flakes. Formula was very nice and spread smoothly and easily. I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. This is SUCH a flattering shade on my pink-undertones. Just beautiful!
