Hi everyone! Today I have Liquid Sky Lacquer's Valentine's Day 2016 Collection to share with you! This collection consists of 6 romantic shades that are perfect for the occasion. These launched today and are available now in the Liquid Sky Lacquer shop!
Compassion is a red-leaning pink jelly with fine holo glitters throughout. This built up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. I love this finish so much! The glitter is super fine and therefore not textured at all and I would almost say it is like holo dust. Such a sophisticated finish!
Sugar & Spice & Everything Nice has a silver holo base with pink and red glitters. The formula on this one was sheer, so I used it as a topcoat over Compassion, but I've also seen other swatches and it can be built up to opacity on its own as well with a little visible nail line. Either way, it's lovely and reminds me of candy!
Heart Attack is a clear-based glitter topper filled with iridescent and holo glitters as well as pink and red hearts. The hearts were a little bit sinky in the bottle, so turned my bottle upside down for a bit and then swirled my brush around in the bottle to pick a few up for each nail. I used 2 coats plus dabbed hearts over Hearts of Fire for my mani here. This is super cute for Valentine's Day!
Passion is described as a black cherry jelly and it has scattered holo microglitters. This has the same formula as Compassion and builds up nicely to opacity in 3 thin coats. Such a gorgeous and classy shade and again, I love this superfine holo dust!
Love Potion is a mauvey purple linear holo. Formula was nice and it built up to opacity in 3 thin coats. The holo flame almost seemed to have a golden undertone in this polish, and the color is just fantastic!
