Hi everyone! Today I have Lemming Lacquer's offering for February's Polish Pickup for you to check out. The theme for February is "Sugar Rush" so makers were inspired by all kinds of beautiful sweets and treats, and Cassie chose a delicious strawberry confection from a very special trip as inspiration. February's Polish Pickup will start on February 2nd and will run until February 5th.

Last year I was able to visit my boyfriend in Beaverton, Oregon which is just outside of Portland. It was the happiest, most at home, and most relaxed I've ever been despite it being my first time visiting. One sunny and all too warm day we trekked to Pix Patisserie in northeast Portland. We bought a few different desserts to try once we got back home but the best among an assortment of exceptionally yummy treats was Le Frasier, a dessert made to look like a strawberry.
The flavors effortlessly switched from sweet to tart, strawberry to lemon, and back again. The texture of the mousse was by far the smoothest I’ve ever had and so light it defied explanation at how saturated it could be with flavor. I never knew food could taste this good! There were many perfect moments in that trip and Le Frasier was one of them.
Delicious Surprise is a red jelly with gold/green shifting shimmer, pink/gold/green metallic flakes and red/gold/green color shifting flakes. Formula was just lovely to work with and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. This is such a juicy fantastic red! The flakes just swim in the base it has so much squishy depth! I adore a great red and this is a GREAT red!
Polish Pickup is an interactive shopping experience where a theme is voted on by the Polish Pickup Pack group and a selection of makers will make polishes inspired by that theme. All of their polishes will be available to purchase from the Polish Pickup shop and you can pick and choose which polishes to purchase (there is no box commitment) and just pay one $3 flat shipping fee. The Polish Pickup shop is live the first Friday of each month at 11 AM EDT. It stays open for four days, until the following Monday at Midnight EDT. There will be a 2-3 week TAT after the polishes are purchased.
