Zoya Delight Collection

*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! Today I have Zoya's Delight Collection for Spring 2015 to share with you. This is a collection of 3 cremes and 3 shimmers in lovely spring colors. This is a beautiful palette of colors that I think everyone will enjoy, so let's take a closer look at them!

Gah, first I would like to apologize for the crazy (sometimes lobstery) colors of my skin in this post. Although they were fine in real life, several of these gave me crazy lobster hands in photos. I "tried" to fix them as much as possible, but my color editing skills are less than stellar so it is what it is.

Lillian is described a faded aquamarine with a glossy creme finish. Formula was on thinner side for Zoya's cremes, but it still had great coverage in 2 coats. I love the muted quality of this blue and it is actually pretty unique among my blue cremes.

Tiana is described as a palette-cleansing "pistachio gelato" green in a glossy creme finish. Like Lillian, this had a slightly thinner consistency than my other Zoyas but had good coverage at 2 coats. This gave me lobster hands (like mints do), but it was one of my favorites! It's such a fresh and springy color of mint!

Eden is described as a classic spring flower pink in a glossy creme finish. This one again had a thinner formula than most of my other Zoya cremes, but still provided great coverage in 2 coats. This is probably not the most unique pink ever, but it is a happy pink and I really found it flattering on me.

Rayne is described as a dewy, spring blue with an energizing turquoise metallic flash. Formula started out on the sheer side for this one, but built up easily in 3 coats. This one has a thinner consistency and more shimmer than the other two shimmers in the collection, giving it a a bit of a different look (almost a frosted look...but not in a bad way? If that makes sense?). It's a really lovely blue and I imagine it will be a favorite among shimmer lovers.

Daisy is described as a refreshing "lemon meringue" yellow with a turquoise metallic flash. Formula on this one was pretty good for a yellow (streaky on the first coat, evened out on the second). You could almost get away with 2 coats if you are being really careful, but I ended up going with 3 for good measure. Once again, lobster hands with this one! Daisy is a pretty yellow and not the worst yellow on me, but not the most flattering either. I have a hard time with yellows, so that's not shocking. That being said, I still wore it and enjoyed it because I really do have a soft spot for yellows.

Leslie is described as a soft spring lavender with a turquoise metallic flash. Formula was pretty nice on this one and I had good coverage in 2 careful coats (3 if I was being less careful). I must say, I really love this color and it was my favorite of the three shimmers in theory, but something about it clashed with my skintone and almost made my hands look dirty or something. I'm so sad it doesn't really work for me because it is truly lovely! Despite all of this, I wore it anyway and still appreciated its beauty.

Overall, I really think this is a great Spring collection and all of the polishes are lovely, despite some of them not working on my skintone (they will work for someone though!). My top picks are definitely Lillian, Tiana, and Leslie (because it is so dang pretty and I know it will look so pretty on others!).
