Pretty Serious Liquid Leprechaun
WOW...that is all I have to say about this polish. It is amazing! I used 1 coat over New York Summer Hot Green for my mani, but it would have been opaque in 2 coats on its own. The holo glitter in it makes it just glow in the green jelly base. Instant indie top 20. This was from Pretty Serious's Halloween collection, but it I saved it for March because it is just PERFECT for St Patrick's Day.
