Firecracker Lacquer The North Remembers Collection

*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! Today I have Firecracker Lacquer's The North Remembers Collection to share with you. This collection is an homage to the Stark family from Game of Thrones, and the names and commentary on these polishes absolutely cracks me up! The North Remembers Collection launches on December 26th at 12 PM EST in the Firecracker Lacquer shop.
A collection that represents winter, and is also a Stark reminder that while you may move on and forget the past, the North will never forget.
Fear Cuts Deeper Than Swords is a black holo with both linear and scattered elements with a strong purple sheen. Formula was super nice to work with and I used 2 easy coats for full opacity. This one reminded me of the purple sheen of a raven's wing...so appropriate for this collection!
Just remember the only thing to fear is fear itself. Oh, and the blonde king. Fear him, too.

I'd Sooner Be a Wolf  is a bright shimmering blue with a multitude of holographic glitters in different colors. Formula was super nice and built up to opacity in 2 easy coats. This one frustrated my camera because it looks all blue, but there are sparkles of different colors throughout the blue base. It's such a gorgeous, happy blue shade!
Sick of being pushed out of windows? Tired of being carried around by a giant with no vocabulary? Quit real life and be a wolf.

Caution: Winter Ahead is a foily silver linear holo with gold flakies and purple microflakes. Formula was very nice to work with and I got full coverage in 2 coats. This is not your typical silver holo because the flakes give it a lot of depth and interest. And look at that FLAME!
In case you didn't get the memo, winter is indeed on its way to a neighborhood near you. Take heed, summer babies.

Don't Be So Dire, Wolf is a creamy grey holo filled with holo glitters. Formula was very easy to work with and I got full coverage in 2 coats. This is my FAVORITE! Everything about it is sparkly and wonderful and the name just has me rolling. I love that this is like...hipster Game of Thrones!
Now chill out. It's not like that wall is coming down...

Let It Snow has a blackened grey base with frosty blue shimmer and white glitters in different shapes and sizes. Formula was pretty easy to work with and I got full coverage in 2 coats. I also used 2 coats of topcoat to get a smooth finish. This one wasn't really my cup of tea because I don't like the frosty finish with the glitter, but it's still a nice polish if you enjoy that kind of finish.
Just like it's snowing on your Night Watch!
